Kale Chips {Recipe}

Kale chips are a delicious and low calorie snack that will give you the crunch you want without the guilt. This is how I make mine. :)

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

In addition to several stalks of kale, you are going to need olive oil, salt (I'm using pink Himalayan but sea salt, kosher salt, or even table salt will work fine), and Mrs. Dash table blend.

Break your washed kale up into large bite size pieces from the stalk and lay onto paper towel.

Cover it with another paper towel.

Fold it up and squeeze all the water out of the kale.

Put kale, about a teaspoon of the olive oil, and a sprinkle of the salt and seasoning into a bowl and stir around until evenly distributed.

Lay the seasoned kale onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Put it into the oven and set the timer for 10 minutes.

Voila! Kale chips! :)

**Note, after 10 minutes if Kale isn't crispy, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
